Timeline:
Within 3 business days, you will receive an email from us with a proof for your approval. If you are satisfied with the original proof, you will receive your completed cover design in PDF & PNG format by the next business day.
If you have any instructions for revisions, we are happy to accommodate; you will receive the revised cover design within 3 business days. If you need further revisions, we are happy to accommodate at a rate of $75 per hour.

- All of our designs are sold only once. We’re authors too. We understand how important this is.

- Want to use the title that’s already on the book? You’re welcome to have it.

- Don’t hesitate to ask if you’d like to make this cover into a series. If it’s within our power, we’ll make it happen.

- Love this cover but haven’t finished your book yet? No problem. Just let us know. You can pre-pay for it and we will hold it for you for up to 12 months.

- Our pre-made covers are made using stock photography, but we make it a priority to ensure that each design is unique, so while you may see the background image used by some other artist, no one will ever have the same cover as you.

- If you need further revisions, we are happy to accommodate at a rate of $45 per round of revisions.

- Pre-made covers can not be sold without the title & author information (aka “just the picture”). This is a violation of stock licensing.

- Please make sure that all information you provide to us is accurate and free from errors.

- All covers are sold as ebook covers by default. Print options are available as an upgrade only.
